Alchemy: (def.) 1. The process of taking something ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary, sometimes in a way that cannot be explained. 2. A science aimed at transforming base metals into gold.
Recently, I heard in my spirit this word, "Alchemy". I had no idea what it meant, but when I researched the definition outlined above, I heard this prophetic word in my spirit:
“Since the day I deposited you upon this world, I have been dedicated to transforming everything within you, from the baser metallic content of your talents and gifts into golden jewelry fit for adorning My kingdom. Of all the afflictions plaguing humanity, by far the worst is the disease of a life headed into eternal perdition. I have the cure for that---the finished work of My Son on the cross of Calvary. Through My Son’s complete work on earth, I have released prolonged, eternal life to whosoever will call upon Jesus’ Name and yield their heart and life to Him.
I have commissioned you to live the transformed life---impressing the world around you in an undeniable way and drawing others, by your example, unto My throne of grace.
Your transformation into My kingdom life can be chronicled by testimonies of events and dates, but it can never, ever be truly explained. Your salvation is a mystery to all around you and you wear My glory as a coat of many colors.
As you join yourself with others who make up the family of My kingdom believers, you help transform one another like a pile of vegetables gloriously tossed together to become a delicious salad of My saving grace.
This is the DIVINE ALCHEMY of what I accomplish when a company of nobodies join themselves together with the Great Somebody---Jesus Christ Your Lord.
