There are some of you who are going to be released this year. Something has been stirring in your spirit for some time and you do not know what to do with it. Lord says “I designed it in you when you were in your mother’s womb.
Life may have caused you to be discouraged, but there is a season for you to come out of the nest and start to fly. That nudging and tugging that you sense is Me like a mother bird removing the twigs off the nest and encouraging you to step out and catch the wind of My Spirit that will navigate you through your purpose and what you were created for. Trust Me to pick you up when you miss it and set you back on course.” Sitting on the glorious shoreline of Carmel, California, I sensed the Lord whisper---“Will you ask Me and trust Me for the SCREENPLAY OF YOUR LIFE?” I believe the Lord tracks our lives as He graciously brings us along, while revealing the many chapters of our book of destiny. Will our screenplay describe us as “survivor” or will we be described as “a mystery” while we may still be trying to figure out our journey?
As Christians, every chapter actually ends in victory because we are taught by God to anchor ourselves in Him as He leads us from glory to glory, strength to strength, and grace to grace. We learn to continually reach towards life’s highest purposes and to stay destiny-bound. Our lives should demonstrate God’s goodness, mercy, grace, love, power, presence, and anointing. Our heartfelt attitude should be one that inwardly declares, “I am a force which the enemy has to reckon with.” We are living in the season to step out in faith, step in to our destiny, and press into the purposes of God like never before. Some are stepping into the purposes of God because they feel such an URGENCY in their spirit to release the kingdom of God while others are SITTING in the audience as spectators while observing and hoping that somehow they could be a part of what God wants to do, while yet others are still just COASTING in their walks. I sense God declaring, “I AM going to use the ordinary and common person to confuse the wise.” There are no ‘comfort zones’ in the Bible. All Scriptural heroes had tough, challenging lives as they fulfilled God’s purposes. They tracked with God as is described in Isaiah 42:16: “And I will lead the blind in a way they do not know, in paths they have not known I will guide them. I will turn darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground. These are the things I do, and I do not forsake them.” May we be those who discern the times and seasons we are living in and track powerfully with the glorious purposes of God. |
